dA is conspiring to make me feel bad about my art

Consider the following...

I upload a new piece that I feel proud of or otherwise happy about, thinking about how I am slowly filling my gallery with nice things for people to look like.

deviantART begins (however long ago) including the "More by ThisPerson" section on submission pages.

I go to look at one of my submissions, and each time see said section filled with garbage that I uploaded many years ago.

I subsequently feel ashamed of my garbage art, turn computer off and go cry in the corner.

Gosh, dA, what's your problem?

But I loved her the world ten times over. And it bothered me. That I loved her so much. Why couldn't I hate her? Why couldn't I leave and go home? I loved her, and nothing stopped me. She loved me back. But she's dead.
